Why I drink Hot water with lemon

One of my new morning routines is to start my day with a hot cup of water normally with lemon and green tea bag, I add a little bit of ginger and turmeric. I drink it because it helps me start my morning calm and relax, I sit down and listen to calm music to have a great start of the morning.


It is an excellent natural way to improve the body, it has excellent properties.




Drinking lemon water in the morning helps your skin in many levels, lemon has a lot of vitamins that help your skin (like vitamin C, A, potassium, folate, to name a few), helps prevent acne and have a natural glow.


It has a lot of great benefits, some of them are improving your immune system, helps fight the common cold, helps to maintain a balanced ph in body, has anti-inflammatory properties and helps maintain digestive health.


Tumeric is a great antioxidant and anti-inflammatory with bioactive compounds, it helps prevent heart disease, Alzheimer, Cancer, linked to improved brain function and a lower risk of brain diseases, incredible benefits against depression and may help delay aging and fight age-related chronic diseases.


Green tea contains healthy bioactive compounds, can improve brain function, increases fat burning, antioxidants may lower the risk of some cancers, may protect the brain from aging, can reduce bad breath, can help prevent type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease, it helps you lose weight and may even help you to live longer.


Ginger contains powerful medicinal properties, can treat various morning sickness, may reduce muscle pain and soreness, anti-inflammatory effects, may reduce menstrual pain, lower cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, Alzheimer, help treat chronic indigestion and may lower blood sugar.
