Its periwinkle

Periwinkle a name we have heard but maybe really do not understand. Periwinkle is a mix of blue, purple and white, mostly known this year for Lady Gaga's gorgeous Valentino dress she wore on the 2019 Golden Globes. Personally, I love that dress and would love to wear it. This color was also seen lastly in a Cardi B's Instagram pic. Is this the new color of the season?
